This place is CLEAN. Efficient and simple, Woodspring gives you what you need for a stay, no frills, but everything you need is right there. This is a place to stage a short or long term visit but keep your expectations in check, it is exactly what it is. And that is why it gets four strong stars. I found this location on google maps and I’m glad I did. I’ve been here since 03/25 and haven’t had any issues or problems with the staff or management. My stay is job related and I have always been able to count on Mike and Zack to respond to and resolve any issues! Great place to stay!!
Woodspring suites has always been a reputable choice coming from Houston, Texas where there’s the best and the WORST but what really stood out to me about this hotel is their ability to book a month in advance and pay weekly. I was so surprised by this I actually called and thanks to Zac(k)(h), a really well mannered individual working the front, I was able to confirm that that is how it works. Which is sparing me greatly because I’m working my way out of a domestic violence situation and I do have a service dog that I need to leave alone while attending work (I work in a kitchen, yes they can generally attend work unless it affects the business and this case it would.)
I’ve been staying here since July, and it’s one of best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s not super fancy, but it’s clean and affordable. The staff has always been helpful and accommodating. I see a lot of bad reviews and I’m unsure as of why.
Great place to stay will definitely come back staff was super helpful and knowledgeable to someone who isn’t a local . Very clean and had the courage for in the lobby which I loved . Great place and people.
Stay there was.two nights. I was very impressed with how clean and maintained it was and glad to see how well the security was managed in the building. Location convenient for shopping and eating out. Rachel went above and beyond, extremely professional and thoroughly knowledgeable, Always, always a smile on her faceand ready to engage with anyone. She and the manager, Mike, were able to help me out and I am very greatful and appreciative that they did. A sincere thank you to both Rachel and Mike.
Beautifully taken care of, rooms are exceptionally clean, friendly staff. Very reasonably priced. The only thing I didn't like was they have no breakfast whatsoever. Hot coffee or water for hot tea is all they got in their front lobby. Other than that remarkable!! Very well managed team!! Very well managed hotel!!
I don’t rate hotels often but we stayed here for a night and felt like this was one of the cleanest and nicest budget stays we’d been in. All the staff we encountered were friendly, everything in the room worked well. We had no issues with our stay and were happy with the price.
